I am starting an online vintage store called "Lollipop Vintage" and I need someone to make a logo for me using my stock, or anyones stock for that matter.
The sky is the limit, i just need someone to create a vector, drawing, photo manip of a girls face, with the words Lollipop Vintage on the image. Anyone and everyone can enter this contest! I posted new beauty shots in my gallery that could be used.
Also, there is no "dateline" on this project per se, but I will say that by the end of January, I will need to have the logo in so I can use it.
I especially LOVE the "avant garde" style of graphic design..
I posted the following images as inspiration for this project :
In terms of what I am taking about, refer to this awesome DA members logo he made for a vintage clothing company.
Other stock images that would work as well (from other peoples stock):
i'm thinking something a bit contemporary like maybe in the style of this image: [link]
It has strong colors that really brings out the logo and if we combine that with a good quantity balance (how much of the individual colors in the logo) it could really give a retro feel making it a bit different than other sites. The design of the website could also be made around the color theme making it seem more proffesional (that depends on what your webdesigner (if you use one) has thought of in terms of colors.
Is there some sort of maximum size the logo should be in? I know some sites use banners while others tend to stay in the corner having it anchored to the side with a menu below.
